Demonstrate how to use the Item Verification feature to check if the data for an item has been received or not.
1.) Go to Transactions menu then click on Item Verification.
2. Scan the GS1 barcode into the Barcode Scan field.
If the item is in the system, you will be presented with the transaction information including individual serial numbers. Check the boxes next to the serial numbers and click the Verified Selected button. See example below.
NOTE: If some serial numbers are not verified, a child transaction will be created for the un-verified serial numbers and will be quarantined.
3. If the item is not in the system you will receive a data not found error message. See example below.
