IMPORTANT: Coming Soon: New Order Site Search when creating a new order

We’re updating how Buyer and Ship-To locations are displayed when creating a new order.

Once this update is available, when selecting a Buyer or Ship-To location on the New Order screen, you will only see partner sites associated with your client profile by default.

To search for locations outside of your partner sites, select the Search All Sites checkbox.

Note: Partner sites are configured by USMeds Support during Partner Onboarding. If a partner site is missing, needs to be added, or you have any questions, please contact support@usmeds.com for assistance.
